Jay has been in the construction industry in some form since he graduated from college in 1983. Until early 2000 he was an employee then partner involved in commercial construction and around 2005 started building homes. Jay is a licensed General Contractor, which is the highest form of statewide licensure and qualified him to build both residential and commercial buildings. Since 2005 he has built over 150 homes in this area of various types and sizes from large luxury homes with 6 bathrooms and over 7,000 square feet to smaller homes with vinyl siding, from track home to very complex custom homes there are very few homes and issues he has not seen. Jay has vast experience in building energy efficient homes, solar, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) and has even built a large home completely off the grid. Permits have been pulled from Monticello to Marianna also in Georgia. Jay is knowledgeable of the local codes and rules almost everywhere in this region. Jay's roots are deep being part of the Culley Family who started Culley's Funeral Home and has been in the Tallahassee - North Florida area since 1914. Jay has been married to Rebecca Hall for nearly 20 years and has two children in the Wakulla County school system.
Partner / Manager
Tony started off managing framing crews, repairs and remodeling in the 1990s. In this capacity, Tony supervised the framing and structural construction of fairly complex homes over 10,000 square feet and $2,000.000. Tony has over 25 years of experience in the trades. Tony received his residential contractor's license in 2015 and is solely involved in new homes and remodeling.
